Sorry, have not posted in a while. I just took on the new trauma coordinator position and in finials at school. I will be back to posting soon.

    OMG!! you and I have to stay in touch! I am slowly taking over our trauma coordinator job too!! We have had so many cutbacks that the TC's hours have been cut down to 12 hours per week. I do that but I am hoping for at least 24 in the future. how big is your hospital?

    We are just developing our program and there seems to be too many hours and not enough sleep:) we are a very large hospital. I am still negotiating salary, and waiting to see what the pay is prior to taking it... wish me luck
